Sales Associate / Account Coordinator

Position Overview:

The Sales Associate / Account Coordinator plays a pivotal role in both bringing in new business and maintaining client satisfaction and loyalty through ensuring exceptional service and creating value. The position requires sales experience, phone experience, and good writing skills. You will be measured by profitability, growth and customer retention.

Skills/Requirements & Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university. Additionally, minimum three years of experience working in a customer support and/or sales capacity role in the Marketing industry.
  • Language / Communication Skills Ability to effectively express ideas and thoughts verbally and in written form. Exhibits good listening skills and comprehension. Effectively keeps others adequately informed by presenting information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors using the appropriate communication methods.
  • Reasoning and Problem Solving Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

Software/Systems-Certification/Licenses:

  • Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Project - Proficient
  • Microsoft Outlook - Proficient
  • List Processing, List Conversion, Data entry - Basic
